Madhuri Dixit

MadhuriMadhuri Dixit is a famous Indian actress known for her performances in the films 'Beta'' 'Saajan,' and 'Hum Aapke Hain Koun ..!' The actress began her career in the 1980s and came to popularity with her role in the film 'Tezaab', in which she appeared alongside veteran actor Anil Kapoor. In the movie 'Dil, she appeared with Aamir Khan. She was born to the Mumbai middle-class family, and started dancing from a young age. She tried her hand at acting as a teenager however, it wasn't an easy task. The majority of her initial films ended in failure. She was eventually successful and became one of the most prominent actors in Indian film. She had a short break from her profession following her wedding before returning to the entertainment business. In the past, she had an integral part of the movie "Gulaab Gang", which was about the struggles and triumphs of women in India. Dixit has been nominated to win 15 Filmfare Awards, out of which she received eight. She was also awarded the Padma Shri (the fourth highest civilian award in India). Her work in the field of social service is another something to be proud of.
